一、利用手机微信向家长与社会传播正确的家庭教育理念与知识

现阶段,能利用电脑在家中上网的农村家长毕竟是极少数,但是手机是所有家长都使用的生活必需品,学校利用这一情况,让班主任与家长建立微信联系,通过微信文章向家长传播正确的家庭教育观念与知识,收到了良好的家校教育效果。如我校七年级有一个女生刘某,学习认真用功,但成绩一直处于中下水平,学校开展大课间活动以后,班主任老师发现,这个七年级女同学竞不会与同学们做游戏,不会踢毽子,不会跳绳,其他同学活动时,这个同学只能尴尬地在一旁观看。后来通过与这个同学的父母交谈,才知道是家庭教育出了问题,她的父母认为,学生只要学习就行,玩会耽误学习。因此,家长从小不让孩子玩,结果导致孩子协调性较差、写字速度慢、朋友少、性格孤僻等。老师了解了这些情况后,给这个家长分享了来自甘肃教师学苑的微信文章《教育孩子还可以这样做》和另外的一些有关家教的文章,家长阅读后有了改变,不但鼓励孩子玩,她的妈妈还利用双休日陪孩子踢毽子、跳绳。很快,老师就发现这个同学变了,课间活动不做观众而成为参与者了,脸上的笑容多了,人阳光了,上课时思路也灵活了。

二、实施学生培养方案

具体做法就是学校或者家长在发现学生存在的问题之后,通过老师、家长和学生共同研讨,制定价值观矫正、错误纠正、行为纠偏、好习惯培养、学习方法落实等的具体培养方案,并由老师和家长共同监督实施。通过实施学生培养方案,使家校结合教育落到实处,产生一对一的教育效果,家长和老师都明确阶段性教育目标,具体的重点工作和预期的教育培养效果,对受教育者有看得见的促进作用。

以下是我们在课题实施过程中为我校七年级学生李某制定的偏科行为纠正方案:

1.学生现状:李某,男,13岁,七年级(9)班学生。父母为我县焦家庄乡农民,现在距离学校大约两公里处租房居住求学。

2.问题描述:语文、数学和历史三科优秀,地理和生物良好,英语不及格,自己承认不爱学英语;家长反映孩子在家中爱学数学,很少学英语;老师说这个孩子平时能完成英语书写作业,而很少能完成朗读与背诵作业。

3.原因分析:孩子不存在智力问题,老师说该同学英语朗读基本功较差,没有掌握适合自己的英语学习方法,基础知识掌握不扎实,对英语学习有畏难情绪。

4.培养目标:改变孩子心中对英语课程的为难情绪,激发孩子的英语学习兴趣,引导孩子尝试不同的学习方法,争取找到适合自己的学习方法,在半月之后的单元测试中英语成绩相对提高5~10分,在一月之后争取及格,增强孩子的英语课学习信心。

一、英语书写

英文书写必须要规范。从新生入学第一天在英语四线格上写英文字母,就要向学生们提出要求:任何一位学生都必须书写端正,否则将会受到惩罚。吓唬之余,在最初阶段还不妨特意抓几位敢“顶风作案”的学生,以惩一儆百;同时对书写端正的任何一个学生都给予表扬。后来我惊奇的发现,那些汉字写的歪歪扭扭的学生,英文却完全可以写的非常端正,感觉很有成就感。 在后期进行英文写作评分时,依然贯彻字迹端正者得高分,否则从重扣分的原则。经过一段时间的狠抓整治,同学们形成一个端正书写的良好氛围。

二、朗读方面

英语作为一门语言,让学生在基础学习阶段养成大声朗读,敢于开口是非常必要的。在日常教学中,我最害怕不开口的学生。我认为只要他们开口读、说英语了,那么他们这一生学习英语都将不会存在任何的障碍了。所以在开学最初的几个星期,我特别提醒我的学生们,一定要开口出声且大声的朗读英语。针对个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生,则要将其列为重点关注对象,致力于先张口,再出声,最后大声朗读。一日之计在于晨,早自习上,我想尽办法让学生们去读,以不同的形式,朗读不同的内容,充分挖掘学生们读的潜能,让学生们都能开口说英语。

三、单词教学

很多时候我们不得不承认,学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。新目标英语这套教材的单词量大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来,我想我们应该在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法,同时帮助其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能业已形成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中,我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面,我一般遵循三步走的顺序。①跟读。让学生跟着真声朗读,使学生先学会读单词,做到看到单词,读音能够脱口而出。②记住汉语意思。可以由老师报中文解释,学生读出英文单词;在课堂句型操练中,进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用。③最后才要求学生开始识记单词的拼写。事实上,此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率非常高,他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。

在开学阶段,对单词识记的听写检查方面,我们最好是能因生而异,区别对待,做到因材施教。我们既要让所有学生认识到单词拼写识记的重要性以及单词拼写不过关的严重后果,同时我们也要避免一小部分学生可能因为单词听写不过关,而产生对英语的畏学、厌学心理。

四、音标教学

不同的英语老师对音标的出现时机看法不同。我想只要适合班级学生特点和自己教学风格的,都是可行的。尽管如此,我个人认为在七年级下学期或八年级上学期再逐步渗透音标教学,可能更为合理。因为经过七年级上学期的英语学习之后,每个学生各自都会自觉不自觉的形成一套适合自己的英语学习方法与方式,随后我们增加音标的教学,以促进他们进一步自学英语的效果,可以说是水到渠成,一气呵成了。并且一个班级中,肯定有部分学生的英语基础薄弱,他们对字母掌握都是似懂非懂,如果我们在七年级开学阶段马上引入音标,我想无疑大大的加重了这一部分学生对英语学习的负担,这同样可能导致他们产生畏难心理,甚至放弃英语学习。

五、课堂互动

英语课堂上的同桌对话模式,我想应该一直被提倡。因此,在七年级的教学过程编排上,也尽量多的编排对话操练,以争取让大部分学生有机会展示,尤其是每个单元的重点句型,更是有必要以两人或四人一组等模式充分操练。而此时,教材后面的听力材料则完全可以作为早自修朗读内容,其中个别超纲单词,不妨也加以解释,以作为扩展学生单词量的一个辅助手段。

六、课件制作

如今利用网络资源共享,我们可以获得丰富的教案设计、课件素材、课本录音、教材图片甚至完整的flash或video等教学资料。即使如此,我认为依然不应该全部照搬挪用,而应该利用所获得的教学资源进行二次整理与加工,使之更适合自己的教学风格与班级学生学习特点。

七、后进生控制与转化

众所周知,英语学习的两极分化现象,是令我们英语老师最头痛的。我们甚至可以发现,即使在小学毕业生中,就已经存在一定程度上的两极分化了。为此,在七年级开学阶段,根据初步的观察、调查与测试,尽快掌握班级中英语学习后进生的情况,并且在教学过程中给予更多的关注与关心,持续地给予他们精神上的鼓励,积极帮助他们重树学好英语的信心,在课堂设计上更多的向后进生倾斜,并努力取得学生家长的配合。总之,采取一切措施控制并缩小班级内英语学习后进生的数量,并非完全不可能的事情。

综上所述,以上几个方面是我教学之愚见。我们一定要让学生明白,学习英语不是一件很难的事,只要勤快和认真,就一定能学好。作为老师,只要我们用心去教,相信我们就能圆满的完成英语教学工作,为学生之后更高层次的英语学习奠定扎实的基础。
